How to Fix your walk from being Lukewarm and useless

to the Lord Jesus Christ to being a well-favoured and productive Disciple of Christ

In this section, we take a look at 25 things you can do to fix your walk with Jesus so you can   go from being a Lukewarm Christian to a  real Disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ.  It is suggested that you talk to Jesus personally about these areas so He can guide you correctly. Notice that we have changed the pictures above each section to be people who are EXCITED for Jesus, and with all of these fixes that you will apply with Jesus' help, YOU will be excited as well.  We will show you how to STOP walking with the devil as a Lukewarm Christian and to FOCUS and walk how Jesus wants us to walk with Him.

As we always say - do not take our word for anything.  ALWAYS run what you have read or heard by the Lord Jesus Christ FIRST and do as He tells you to.

WARNING!!!

We will warn you that what we are presenting is going against the doctrinal teachings of many denominations.  Many are going to excoriate this site because we are not following their doctrine.  Many times, the people who are going to say we are teaching ' a false gospel' would be the ones that say that they have read the bible from cover to cover multiple times and will claim to be the 'authority' on the bible because they did that.

So, If you think we are full of it, that's fine.  That is expected. 

All we are asking for you to do is to read the content, then  go directly to the Lord Jesus Christ and confirm with HIM what we have been posting.   Confirm with HIM that the things that have been posted are true.   Confirm with HIM that the conclusions are correct.

After you do that, ask Jesus directly what YOU should do, and ask Him to lay out His plan for YOU.  We do not care what you  think about us, Christian, nor do we care what you say about us.  In the grander scheme of  things, it does not matter.  What matters is that we are presenting the gospel  UNFILTERED and not coloured by church doctrine.  What we are presenting affects YOUR salvation, and if you want to gamble with YOUR salvation, that is on you.  You can blow us off if you want to, but like those people who got killed in Texas at a church, you never know when your time will be up.  Hopefully, those people were on the road to salvation, working to get their sin off of their ledger and not just believing that they were saved.

As we always say, and we will repeat here - don't take our word for anything.  ALWAYS confirm what you read and/or hear with the Lord Jesus Christ and do what He tells you to do.

This page is going to present a LOT of information, and we do mean a LOT of information.  You wiull NOT be able to absorb or ingest all of this information at one sitting.  We suggest that you take the time to get what you can in small bites and sit down and ask Jesus Directly what He thinks.  Get into a conversaiton with Jesus and discuss the information we have presented here.

We purposely present this information in this fashion so you will take a bite of the informaton, chew on it for a while, and then that wil give you something to discuss with Jesus .  

We know that not everyone is going to agree with what we have presented, and that is fine.  We don't expect people to agree with the material as presented; we DO expect that you will go to Jesus and ask Him to confirm what we have presented.  Br blunt - ask Jesus why these fools are presenting things in the manner that they do.  As Jesus to show you in the Bible where it says the things we have presented to you here.

Fix #1:

Sit with Jesus and talk with Him about everything

Believe it or not, this is the first and foremost way you can deal with your alienation from Jesus.  Find YOU a prayer closet - it could be an office, a room, even the bathroom if it is necessary - where you can sit and have quiet time with Jesus.  Earnestly seek Him out and He will respond.  Get used to  doing this; you may have to get up early (like 3am) to have some quality time with the Lord. Once the Lord responds, you will know it and your life will change dramatically.

Fix #2:

Ask Jesus to fill you with the Holy Ghost

Once you have  spent some time with the Lord Jesus Christ, ask Him if He could send you the Holy Ghost so you can be filled.  He will, if He deems it necessary.  The Holy Ghost is a person who is very no nonsense, and He will not strive with you.  He is very strict, but fair.  He will teach you and correct you in things that you are doing wrong or He will guide you if you are under the wrong doctrine.  Listen and LEARN from the Holy Ghost, as He is the only one who can lead you home.

Fix #3:

Reaffirm your covenant with Jesus

Now that you have had some time with Jesus, talk to Him about your covenant with Him.  Ask Him of you are fulfilling what He wants you to do; ask Him about the sins you have committed that are still on your ledger that you can repent of so you will be clear.  Audibly reaffirm that the Lord Jesus Christ is your Lord and Saviour and you will follow Him as a Disciple.  If the Lord Jesus Christ takes you on as a Disciple, then you are to do exactly what  Jesus asks you to do.

Fix #4:

Let Jesus order your life and follow Him ONLY

Although this may sound a little weird, when you give yourself fully to the Lord Jesus Christ, have Him tell you exactly how He wants you to live.  have HIM arrange your day for you;  have HIM tell you what you need to do.  Have Him show you what He wants for you and what goals that He wants you to attain.   Have a conversation with the Lord and discuss YOUR problems and YOUR  issues with Him directly, and then be sure to OBEY Him and do what He tells you to do.

Fix #5:

Hand over your finances to Jesus and pay ONLY

This a BIG one, as the devil works overtime to steal  your resources.  If you do not have a job, ask Jesus to tell you what He wants you to do and where He wants you to work.  When you get paid, ask Jesus  what He wants you to pay, even though you have little money.  If you are in debt, ask Jesus how He wants you to satisfy the debts you have and do exactly what He tells you to do.  You will be surprised to see how much the devil has been stealing from you through finance charges, fees, late fees, bounced check fees and from tithing to a church that He does not want you to  attending.

Fix #6:

Ask Jesus to show you which church you should go to

As this is one of the traps that most people fall into, make it a point to ask Jesus what church He wants you to go to.  In most cases, the church He sends you to would be the last church that you would think of!!  By being obedient to Jesus, you will get the training and the edification from the church that He wants for you, as He will send you to the church that He approves of.

Fix #7:

Ask the Holy Ghost to lead your Bible Studies

Many people hear from others that they should 'read their bible'.  Well, how do you do that?  It is suggested that you ask Jesus  to guide you, and then you will be handed off to the Holy Ghost who will  work with you to read scriptures and give you the understanding you are seeking.   Forget trying to 'memorize' scripture so you 'know' scripture; Ask the Holy Ghost what you should study and follow His lead.  You will  be able to  understand  scripture better because it would have been revealed to you by the Holy Ghost.

Fix #8:

Ask Jesus what you need to repent of & do as He tells you

This is the point where you ask Jesus to tell you what you need to repent of, and He will show you.  It may take a while for you to repent of all of the things that you did wrong, but at least Jesus will help you through all of them.  This is called  sanctification, and this is where you clear your ledger of all of the heinous things you did through your repentance.  Be completely honest with  Jesus, as there is NOTHING that you have done that will surprise Jesus. 

Fix #9:

Walk with Jesus Daily so you can endure until the end

This is the point where you walk with Jesus continually as He guides you and sanctifies you.  This walk with Jesus is not without its pitfalls; however, the Lord Jesus Christ will walk with you and help you through any trouble you  will be dealing with.  It is our responsibility as disciples of Christ to keep moving as Jesus tells us to, but Jesus will help us as He perfects us through our trials.

Fix #10:

Run everything  by Jesus and get His approval FIRST

before you do anything

In this section, we show you how you can  walk with Jesus by running everything you see and do through Him.  Yes, you will be asking His permission to do some of the things you normally did without thinking.  Yes, you will go shopping with Jesus, and He will tell you what foods He wants you to eat, as an example.  He will show you what He wants for you and your family if you have one.  He will show you how you are to interact with your spouse; He will go through your routines and get rid of the things that He does not like.  He will go through your music library, movie library, and even your computer you use forthe internet, and He will get rid of all defiling  things that you are rifling through.  This is the time when you could sit and ask questions, ask Jesus why He doesn't want you to do certain things or go to certain places.  You will find that you will change when you are around Jesus, and the changes will be ones that you will WANT to make.

Fix #11:

Do NOT go on You Tube to preach or teach anything until

Jesus has given you His permission to do so

Many people who just come to Jesus want to go on YouTube and start 'their ministry'.  No, Christian, don't do that!!  Sit with Jesus and have Him tell you when it is time for you to hit the streets, as you will be under His tutelage and you will be ready to go when He does send you out there.  Proclaiming the Gospel is not for the fainthearted, and this is NOT a glamourous thing for you to do.  It is a hard,  grinding  type of work where you are taking ground from the devil an inch at a time sometmes.  Let Jesus prepare you for the work, as you will NOT be successful unless He anoints you to speak for Him.

Fix #12:

You are to PROCLAIM the Gospel; it is not for you

to sell someone on or convince someone about

What you will find is that many people want to argue with you about the Gospel.  We are commanded to PROCLAIM the gospel, and once you proclaim the gospel, it is up to the people listening to agree with you or not.  We see so many people on YouTube arguing with people about the Gospel.  No!!  Even if you are telling you family members who are not saved about the Gospel, you are to PROCLAIM it and answer questions.  That's it.  This is NOT a sales job, where you have to complete the sale to please Jesus.  Everyone has a free will, so those who do NOT want to listen or hear the Gospel, we are commanded to walk away from them and  LEAVE THEM ALONE.

Fix #13:

Grow in Grace - work out YOUR salvation

Many people make the mistake of 'assuming' what they do is what Jesus wants them to do.  Others will copy what Jesus asked OTHERS to do, thinking that the actions taken will work for them as well.  No, Christian, you have to ask Jesus how you can remain focused on Him, and you should make it a  practice to ask Jesus what He wants you to do for Him DAILY in your prayer time with Him.  Make it a point to get up and seek Jesus  out and ask Him what  you should do and not just 'assume' what He wants.   This will solidify your walk with Him, Christian and you will be at peace in all that you do.

Fix #14:

Grow in Grace - Don't be so quick to start a 'Ministry'

Many people who just come to Jesus want to go on YouTube and start 'their ministry'.  No, Christian, don't do that!!  Sit with Jesus and have Him tell you what He wants you to do or what 'ministry' He wants you to have.  If Jesus wants you to do something for Him, He will tell you and then He will prepare you for the job He wants you to do.  All you need to do is listen and OBEY what the Lord Jesus Christ is telling you to do.  Preparation for a 'ministry' can take years, so you have to be patient and LISTEN to what Jesus is   telling you to do and then YOU obey His commandments.

Fix #15:

Do NOT get into arguments over 'doctrine' or interpretations of the Bible, as this is pointless.  Go to Jesus and get confirmation if what you encounter is right or not and then move on

One of the most virulent arguments you will find amongst the Body of Christ is about  Once Saved, Always  Saved, and these arguments have been going on for DECADES.  The question you want to ask is this:  Since everyone is a 'Christian', why not ask Jesus to settle this debate once and for all?   GIVE THE DISPUTE TO JESUS AND LET HIM DECIDE.  You will see that many people like to argue for arguments sake, and we do not have time for this.  Make your proclamation, then leave the people to decide if what they heard was true or not.  It is NOT your job to convince or sell the Gospel; the Word of God will do just fine all by itself without your help.  Proclaim the gospel and move on; getting into endless arguments is a waste of time.

Fix #16:

You have Armour given by Jesus that he expects you to use - learn how to here

As a  Lukewarm Christian, you were just walking around  in a war zone that  you were unaware of.  In Ephesians Chapter 6, there is armour that every  follower of Christ is strongly encouraged to don (put on) to protect against the  attacks of the devil.   In this article, we show you what the armour is  and then show youhow to put it on DAILY so you will be able to stand against the devil and protect yourself and  send the devil running away when you stand up to  him as Jesus has commanded us.

Learn of the tricks and traps that the devil uses

As a  Lukewarm Christian, you were unaware of the  tricks that the devil uses to  keep people  bound and trapped.  In this article, we will outline a few traps that the devil  sets and how you can avoid those traps while you have your armour on.  You will become aware of the things that you did not see before when you were in church .

Learn how you give the devil control over you

Ask Jesus  and get His Permission

FIRST before you commit to give anything

Many of you have fallen for the lie of the tithe.  Now that you know that the tithe is not what 'they' said it was, if you still want to give, get with the Lord Jesus Christ FIRST and ask Him to point to who He wants you to send money to.  By doing this, you can be assured that the money will get to the people who need the resources so they can continue to  proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the furtherment of Jesus and His Kingdom.
